Web Reports

This is a set of reports that specifically dives into the online web tracking of your visitors. This data can be used to see visitor activity in relation to conversion metrics.

Channel Overview

The Channel Overview report shows the overall breakdown of conversions for each Channel (organic, referral, paid, direct, and other). This report helps you understand what type of searches are driving the most traffic, and ultimately conversions, from your targeted audience.

  • Charts at the top of the report is a pie chart that gives the percentage of visitors that come from which channels.

  • Next to the pie chart are three bar charts taht show the total breakdown of conversions for chats, webforms, and calls by day (showing today + last 7 days)

The conversion table at the bottom of the report shows each channel and the corresponding conversions:

Visitors:

Number of visitors who came to your website through the channel

Chats:

This is a count of chats that occurred from that channel

Webforms:

This is a count of forms that were submitted to the website from that channel

Calls:

Count of calls that came into your business through that channel

NOTE: Columns below are only applicable if the location has LeadScore and DealSaver

Sales Prospects:

Count of inbound calls that were marked as a sales prospect scenario

Service Prospects:

Count of inbound calls that were marked as a service prospect scenario

Parts Prospects:

Count of inbound calls that were marked as a parts prospect scenario

Appointments Made:

Count of calls where an appointment was set

Alerts:

This is a count of calls that were sent as an alert through DealSaver processing

Acquisition Detail

While the Channel Overview gives a more broad sense of where traffic comes from, the Acquisition report breaks down each of those channels more fully to show the individual referral sites.

This report can be accessed by selecting it from the left navigation panel, or you can click on the linked Channel in the Channel Overview report

The report defaults to “Organic” as the channel, but that can be changed using the filter drop-down in the upper left-hand side of the report. Click the drop-down to toggle between channels.

The top chart on the report breaks down visitor web activity for each of the channels across the last 30 days. This lets you see trends in what channels are pushing users to your site.

The bottom table of the report breaks down the specific referral sites for the channel that is chosen, along with the conversions. This lets you understand which specific websites are driving the most traffic, as well as which drive the most conversions.

Source/Medium Report

This report provides an even further breakdown of web activity for the visitors to your site. This report specifically shows the UTM Source and Medium code breakdown which can help you identify how your campaigns are doing, and which ones are driving the most conversions to your site.

Vehicle Performance

Using the Inventory pages on your website, this report can break down in real-time what vehicles/inventory are being looked at the most. This report can help identify trends in consumer activity.

The top section shows two charts. These charts give you the top 15 new and top 15 used vehicles that are currently being looked at by your potential customers.

A pie chart to the right breaks down what vehicles are being looked at by price. The category of prices are listed below and break down total visitor activity for each category.

In this example, cars in the 25k to 49k price range are being looked at the most.

The middle section shows the conversions for different vehicles types, broken down by new on the left and used on the right.

These charts allow you to see which car models are driving the most conversions on your site.

The chart at the bottom of the report shows a detailed breakdown of every car listed on the site and what their conversions are. This allows you to search by specific vehicle to see what traffic it has.
