Detail Reports

There are three additional Detail Reports that can provide information about your incoming conversions: Webform, Text, and Chat.

On the left navigation bar, click on Reports, then Detail Reports and the accordion will show all you options

WEBFORM DETAILS

The Webform Details report shows the specifics for any visitors who have filled out a lead form on your website.

Each new line item represents a form that was filled out. The “Comments” column will show you the details of what was actually submitted on the website.

TEXT DETAILS

The Text Details report will give a synopsis of all text messages that have come in for a location and time period pulled. You can click on “Select Columns” to choose which columns you want to appear on your report.

In order to view individual text messages, you can click on the ‘"View’" button under “Conversation."

A new window will open and you can see the text message conversation.

CHAT DETAILS

The Chat Details report will give a synopsis of all chat conversations that have come in for a location and time period pulled. You can click on “Select Columns” to choose which columns you want to appear on your report.

In order to view individual chat messages, you can click on the ‘View’ button under “Conversation”

A new window will open and you can see the chat message conversation.
