Locations & Subgroups Set Up

You can add and manage all of your locations in the Accounts section of the system.
Navigate to Manage Account on the left-hand navigation bar under Administration
The Accounts that a user can access will be listed on the left-hand side of the pane. Clicking on each account will load the options for the account in the right window pane.
Either search or find the group you’re looking for and click on it to open the options.
On the default Settings page, you can:
Update the Group Name
Add a Sub Group
Add or Remove a Location
Locations that already belong to the selected group will be listed under the “locations” section.
A SubGroup is a group that resides underneath another group, and can help further categorize locations if needed. An example of this would be having SubGroups for different regions of location: North, South, East, West. In this example, you could add different locations into each subgroup so they are further categorized than the main group or ‘Account’
The new Sub Group will appear in the list below and it will also show on the left pane as a SubGroup beneath the main Group.
If you are adding a new location, click on "New Location"NextUsers.
Enter the location name
Select the Industry the location will belong to
Click Add Location to finish or Cancel to go back.
Once you select “Add Location” you’ll be taken back to the settings page.
A new location will be listed in the Locations section as well as will now appear in the left groups pane.
Click on "Move Existing Location"
Then select a list of locations you have access to from the drop-down.
Select a location and click “Add Location”
A new location will be listed in the Locations section as well as will now appear in the left groups pane.
Once the location is added you can then go to Manage Location to edit/finish the setup such as adding DNI, GA integration, DNI triggers for specific campaigns, webhooks, and static campaigns
Under the Locations section, all the locations assigned to that group will be listed.
Click on "Edit Location" or the location name to go to the location.
Enter the name of the SubGroup and click the button.
You can remove a SubGroup by clicking to select "Remove Group"
