Active Campaigns

A new report allows a user a 360 view of all of their active campaigns within the system

Active Campaigns Report

The Active Campaigns Report provides a list of active campaigns in the account so you are able to see exactly what your numbers and campaigns are, all in one place.

On the left hand navigation panel, select the Active Campaigns report.

This report is broken into 3 sections for easier digestion with summary data at the top.

SUMMARY BOXES

The boxes at the top will provide a brief summary of activity during the time period selected (you can change the date range using the date selector).

Calls: Total number of calls during that time period

SMS Messages: how many text messages were received during that time period

Website Chats: How many chats were received during that time period

Call Time: Total duration of all calls during that time period

STATIC CAMPAIGNS

This section lists out all current static campaigns that are provisioned in the system:

Location Name: Name of the location that those number exist under (if you have access to multiple locations you will see all listed on this report)

Campaign Name: The name of the campaign

DID Number: The tracking number assigned to that campaign

Created: When was the campaign created

Ended: Blank if the campaign is still active, a date will be listed if the campaign is ended

Status: If the campaign is active or inactive

Number of Calls: How many calls the campaign has received in the report time period

Duration: Total duration of all calls received in the report time period (HH:MM:SS)

Texting Enabled: If the line is text enabled or not

SMS Count: How many text messages have been received to that line in the report time period

DNI CAMPAIGNS

This section will list out all Dynamic campaigns in locations that a user has access to:

Location Name: Name of the location that those number exist under (if you have access to multiple locations you will see all listed on this report)

Campaign Name: The name of the campaign

Size of Pool: The total number of tracking numbers that are in the campaign pool

Created: When was the campaign created

Ended: Blank if the campaign is still active, a date will be listed if the campaign is ended

Status: If the campaign is active or inactive

Number of Calls: How many calls the campaign has received in the report time period

Duration: Total duration of all calls received in the report time period (HH:MM:SS)

Texting Enabled: If the line is text enabled or not

SMS Count: How many text messages have been received to that line in the report time period

ONLINE CHAT CAMPAIGNS:

The finals section will show if there are any campaigns set up for chat (one per location)

Location Name: The name of the location that has a chat campaign active

Campaign Name: what is the name of the campaign

Chat Count: How many chats received during the report time period
