Ever wonder if all these calls your campaign is bringing in are actually leading to sales conversations?
LeadScore tags calls with general categories and subcategories in order to provide insight into what is happening on incoming phone traffic. The Prospect Connectivity Report is where you can see the analyzed data from LeadScore.
LeadScore tags your calls according to your industry. The below example is from a Pest Control client.
On the left nav panel select Reports
Click on Prospect Connectivity

Other
General Business
Recurring Service
Hang-Ups
Current Customer
New Leads:
First time callers that are looking to purchase a product or service
Existing Leads:
Return clients looking to purchase additional products or services
Referral Leads:
Callers that mention being referred to your business
Left Message:
Callers that left a message (either with a live person or a voicemail) stating their interest in your product or service
Source:
Where your website traffic came from (example: Google, Facebook, individual website)
Referral:
Traffic that has come from another site to your site
Prospects:
This is the count of calls were the caller was interested in purchasing a product or service
Non-Leads:
This is the count of calls were the caller intent was clearly not a prospect
Undetermined:
This is the count of calls were the caller intent was unclear
Total Calls:
This is the count of total inbound calls that came in for that Source
