Traffic Analysis

This report allows you to dive into what is happening with your account by giving an overall picture of your conversion activity.

STATS

The stats boxes at the top of the report show the totals for the locations(s) being viewed for the date range pulled.

  • Connected Calls

    1. Inbound Total: Count of calls that came into your business through static tracking lines or DNI lines

    2. Outbound Total: Count of outbound calls that were made by your team

  • Missed Calls: Inbound calls that were either abandoned or not answered

  • Prospects: Count of inbound calls that were marked as a prospect scenario

  • Website Visitors: This is a count of users that have come to any page of your website

  • Website Chats: This is a count of chats that occurred from your website

  • Website Webforms: This is a count of forms that were submitted on your website

TOTAL CONNECTIONS BY DAY OF WEEK

This graph aggregates the calls, chats, texts, and webforms by day of the week. For example, when viewing one month's worth of information, this graph is aggregating all traffic from the “Mondays” during the month. This display helps to show what day of the week is the busiest.

Referral:

Traffic that has come from another site to your site

Chats:

This is a count of chats that occurred from your website

Webforms:

This is a count of forms that were submitted on your website

Texts:

This is a count of texts that occurred on your tracking lines

Calls:

This is a count of calls that occurred on your tracking lines

Prospects:

This is the count of calls where the caller was interested in purchasing a product or service

Booked:

This is the count of calls where the caller booked an appointment

Missed Opps:

This is the count of calls that were bookable (caller interested in a service or product) but an appointment wasn’t set
